Before whipping cream, make sure the blender , bowl , spoon , spatula is chillied .

Ingredients For TENDER COCONUT ICE-CREAM RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Make a coarse paste of the tender coconut with the coconut water.
  • 2. Now beat the whipping cream till you get soft peaks and add all the ingredients including the tender coconut paste.
  • 3. Beat everything.
  • 4. Then put it in an airtight box and freeze it.
  • 5. After around two hours take it out and beat again.
  • 6. You will see that the volume will increase as the air incorporates.
  • 7. Then again put it in the box and freeze.
  • 8. Repeat this process again.
  • 9. Your icecream is ready to be served.
  • 10. You can serve with some toasted coconut flakes.
