Ingredients For Thai Veggie Oats Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan on a medium flame. Add 1 tsp of Red Thai Curry paste, Saute for 30 seconds.
  • 2. Add broccoli and bell peppers. Saute for a minute on medium flame.
  • 3. Mix coconut milk powder with water to get thick coconut milk. Add it to broccoli and bell peppers mixture.
  • 4. Bring it to boil. Add oats and salt. Simmer on low flame for 2 minutes till oats gets cooked.
  • 5. Remove from the flame and serve hot.
