We all are aware of Moong pesarattu..but in this recipe I gave a little twist by adding a very healthy, fiber-rich THINAI it helps to avoid breast cancer and heart disease.. it contains iron, magnesium, and potassium... very convenient for kids tiffin.. evening snacks..party ..dinner, etc. easily available in grocery shop.
You can replace Thinai to other Millet...you can use pearl Millet..banyard Millet..etc.
