Ingredients For Tiranga vanilla cake Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Preheat the oven at 180 degree celsius. Take a big bowl and sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  • 2. Take another bowl mix milk, sugar and oil in it. Beat till sugar dissolves.
  • 3. Add vinegar and mix it. Now add dry ingredients in it .
  • 4. Whisk with electric beater or spatula. Mix it gently till dry ingredients are incorporated well.
  • 5. Add water if required. Add vanilla Extract.
  • 6. Now divide this batter in 3 bowls. In one bowl keep white in others, add orange in one and in another add green.
  • 7. Take a cake tin and grease it. Dust with all purpose flour. Add orange batter first then white and then green.
  • 8. Allowing to spread naturally. Tap the tin so that the batter settles down evenly with no gaps in between.
  • 9. Place the cake into the preheated oven. Bake the cake at 180 degree Celsius for 40 minutes.
  • 10. Check the cake in middle to see if the cake is baked with a wooden toothpick. Once done, let the cake rest in the tin.
  • 11. Allow the cake to cool completely . Later cut the cake into thick slice n serve.
