Tomato Soup Recipe

This is super yummy and very easy to make. It increases our appetite. Healthy for the kids and elders both. I made it with very few ingredients.

Recipe Notes

I didn’t add corn flour but if you want you can add 2-3 tsp corn flour slurry . You can add vegetable broth instead of water.

Ingredients For Tomato Soup Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil the tomatoes till it softens .
  • 2. Allow it to cool . Remove it’s skin . Mash it.
  • 3. In a sauce pan melt butter . Add onion in it . Saute on low heat for 2-3 minutes. Add salt , black pepper ,mashed tomatoes and and tomato sauce. Cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  • 4. Allow it to little cool. In a mixer jar blend it to make paste.
  • 5. Transfer it in a pan . Add water to maintain consistency. Cook it on slow flame for 4-5 minutes until it becomes thicken.
  • 6. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot .
