Ingredients For Turkish Ramdan special mini bread Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add luck warm water and milk in it add yeast powder,salt sugar and oil mix it well keep side for 10 min
  • 2. Add flour in divide portion and knead soft dough.
  • 3. Spread some flour on board and knead dough for atleast 10 min
  • 4. Now keep dough in bowl apply oil and keep side for 1 hour
  • 5. After 1 hour again spread some flour on board and knead for 10 min
  • 6. Divide in equal portion.spread some flour on side of borad and keep all dough balls on it
  • 7. Take 1 ball spread some flour on board and flatten it 3-4 cm make edges around take folk and make square shape in center
  • 8. Make all bread same as it keep side for 10 min
  • 9. Apply oil in baking tray keep 4-5 bread at time again make repeat square shape on same .apply egg yolk all over bread spread some white and Black seeds on it
  • 10. Preheat oven for 5 min bake it for 15-20 min on 180 degree
  • 11. Serve hot with tea or any gravy
