"Crispy,yumlicious & delicious Veggie Nuggets for fasting" I have used sama rice powder and poppy seeds for outer coating which gives them crisp texture from outside.Potatoes and paneer are main ingredients mixed with some veggies used in upwas.
These veggie nuggets can also be shallow fried,pan fried, baked or air fried. Grate the boiled potato and do not mash in hand as there will be lumps left out otherwise they spread in oil while frying.Squeeze the excess water from bottle gourd. If baking veggie nuggets -baked at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 to 20 minutes in preheated oven.If you want to increase taste than you can added some roasted peanuts powder in it.
Quick chatpata and healthy addition to plain papad.
Sindhi speciality double fried for extra crispiness.
