ratio of batter is 3 cups idli rice 1 cup raw rice 1 handful poha and 1 1/2 cup urad dhal mix with cold water soak for 8 hours and ferment for 8 hours.

First grease all the muffin moulds. Then mix onion carrot hing curry pata and ginger into the batter with pinch of salt for the veggies. Now pour the batter into greased moulds. Bake it for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

Garnish with pudina leaves and serve with chutney.
