Ingredients For Uttapam Sandwich Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl add semolina, card and water make a thick better. Rest for 15 minutes.
  • 2. Heat the non-stick griddle grease with ghee and pour the better on it.
  • 3. Now Sprinkle chopped capsicum, onion, tomato and carrot on it and slightly press .
  • 4. Turn the side and Shallow fry it.
  • 5. All Uttam ready by same process.
  • 6. Now on a one piece of uttapam spread Schezwan sauce, second one spread green chutney and third one spread tomato ketchup.
  • 7. Our Uttam sandwich is ready for serve.
