Ingredients For Veg Manchurian Gravy Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl, add grated cabbage, carrot & chopped spring onion.
  • 2. Add salt, 2 tsp tomato chilli sauce & 1tsp soya sauce.
  • 3. Add 4 tsp each flour & corn flour.
  • 4. Add 2 tsp green chilli garlic ginger paste & make a dough of it.If needed add 2 or 3 tsp water.
  • 5. Heat enough oil in a kadhai & deep fry the manchurian balls till crispy.
  • 6. Now heat 2 tsp oil in a pan.Add 2 tsp each white onion, chopped spring onion & grated cabbage.
  • 7. Saute it for a while.Add all sauce, pepper powder & salt.Cook it for few minutes.
  • 8. Now mix 2 tsp cornflour with 3 tsp hot water & mix it to the mixture.
  • 9. Let it boil for 3 to 4 minutes.Add 3 drops red fruit colour.
  • 10. Finally add manchurian balls & toss it for a while.
  • 11. Serve it hot with noodles or fried rice.
