Ingredients For Veg Manchurian Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First wash the cabbage and clean it properly.
  • 2. Now in a mixing bowl add chopped cabbage, grated carrot, salt, 2 spoon corn flour, 2 spoon red chilli powder and water as required and knead the dough .
  • 3. Heat 1 table spoon oil in a pan and add chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, 1 capsicum, a pinch of salt and fry it well.
  • 4. Add 1 tsp spoon soya sauce, 2 tea spoon tomato chili sauce and mix well.
  • 5. Add 2 tea spoon corn flour in 1/2 cup water and make a batter and mix it in it. Turn off the flame by running 2 minutes.
  • 6. Prepare balls of dough.
  • 7. Now heat the oil in a pan and fry manchurian balls in it on low flame.
  • 8. Now mix these balls in already prepared mixture.
  • 9. Veg Manchurian is ready to serve. You can serve with extra tomato sauce.
