Ingredients For Veg Momos Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First make a smooth dough of maida.
  • 2. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  • 3. Add 2-3 tsp oil to it. Then add ginger garlic chilli paste.
  • 4. Next add onion and sauté it till golden brown.
  • 5. Add remaining all veggies and let it cook well.
  • 6. Then take small balls of dough and make semi thick sheets of it.
  • 7. Add inner fillings between the sheet and give it a momo shape or any shape you like.
  • 8. Keep it in the pressure cooker for steaming for at least 15-20 minutes.
  • 9. Serve hot with shezwan chutney.
