Here I have used the first ingredient walnut. Walnuts areconsidered to be the top nuts for brain health. They are a rich source of vitamin C, B vitamins (vitamin B6, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, and folate), vitamin E, as well as minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, sodium, and zinc.
You can also use jaggery besides date paste. Add more walnut for extra crunch.

I was really surprised by looking at the cooking time of this recipe but since I had all the ingredients I gave it a try and I must say that it was one of the very flavorful mango drinks I have had till now. For any mango lover, this drink should definitely not be missed out. I loved it.
