Never add salt to yeast directly as salt will kill yeast effect and it won't get activated.

Ingredients For Wheat Flour Bread Loaf Recipe !!

Methods
  • 1. Take warm milk in mixing bowl. Add sugar and stir well. Then add yeast and mix well. Keep aside this mixture for few minutes for yeast to get activated.
  • 2. Then add flour, milk powder and salt to the yeast mixture. Never add salt to yeast directly. Always add salt above the flour. Mix everything well. Add warm milk or water if required. The dough should be like a paste. Then take the dough on the kitchen platform. Knead dough properly for at least 10 to 15 minutes. It will stick to hands and the platform. Use scraper to remove dough and again start kneading. After around 10 minutes or so you'll get non sticky dough.
  • 3. Keep this dough in greased bowl and cover with a damp cloth to rise in warm place for about an hour.
  • 4. After an hour or so punch the dough to remove air and knead and remove dough on platform. Knead well and make cylindrical shaped dough. Ensure no cracks are there. Place this cylindrical shaped dough in bread loaf greased tin. Cover tin with damp cloth and again keep in warm place to rise for an hour again.
  • 5. After an hour brush the top with milk and bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes on 200 degrees. Then remove bread from oven and immediately brush with butter and keep aside to cool down for 10 minutes.
  • 6. After 10 minutes remove bread from tin and cover with damp cloth and let it cool completely. Cut into thin slices once it is cooled completely.
  • 7. Flax seeds or sesame seeds can also be added to the dough to make bread more healthy.
