Ingredients For Whole Wheat Chocolate Pancake Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a big bowl sift whole wheat flour, cinnamon powder, cocoa powder and salt and mix everything well.
  • 2. In another bowl add milk,vanilla essence,honey and mashed banana and mix everything together.
  • 3. Now add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
  • 4. Make sure your batter is lump free.
  • 5. Heat a pan over medium heat.
  • 6. Add chocolate chips to pancake batter and again give a quick mix.
  • 7. Lower the flame,grease pan with little oil.
  • 8. Pour 1/4 cup of batter on hot pan,spread batter little with laddle and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • 9. Once the bottom and sides have firmed up flip the pancake.
  • 10. Cook again for 2-3 minutes,once done remove from the pan.
  • 11. Same way prepare all the pancakes.
  • 12. Serve pancake with sliced banana, chocolate chips and drizzle some honey on top.
