Description

Active Lactic Culture is good lactic acid bacteria, or probiotics, commonly used in fermented dairy products(such as yogurt other cultured milk products). Though pasteurization did on such products aims to kill harmful bacteria but it also kills the beneficial lactic acid bacteria, substantially reducing its health benefits. It is beneficial to keep the immune system working properly, help the body resists and fight infection. It improves lactose digestion and helps in preventing and treating diarrhea.
