Description

Agave is a perennial succulent plant that stands out for their leaves grouped in rosettes. It has thick, fleshy, usually sword-sized and vertically erect leaves. The plants grow naturally in Mexico, the southern united states and the Caribbean islands. Agave syrup or agave sweetener is used in food items.
