Description

Almond Gum is basically a natural gum obtained from the sweet almond tree. It is either white, pale yellow or light brown in color and is found in the shape of small rocks over the bark of the tree. It is a natural coolant and has jelly like properties that give good texture and taste to drink. It is believed to have its origins in the Middle East, Pakistan, Turkey and Syria.
