  2. Organic Apple Juice Concentrate

Apple Juice Concentrate is obtained by removing a defined proportion of natural water content from the juice extracted from apple fruit. Its acidity level may vary depending upon the variety of apple from which the juice is extracted and concentrated. Apple juice concentrated with low acidity is below 2%, medium acidity is 2% to 3% and high acidity is above 3%. The level of acidity will affect how it complements other ingredients and the flavour profile of products it is used in. It is used in confectionery, pan sauces and apple flavored drinks.

Selection Guide

Look for pure and natural apple juice concentrate with no artificial colors and flavors added.
