Apple Juice Concentrate is obtained by removing a defined proportion of natural water content from the juice extracted from apple fruit. Its acidity level may vary depending upon the variety of apple from which the juice is extracted and concentrated. Apple juice concentrated with low acidity is below 2%, medium acidity is 2% to 3% and high acidity is above 3%.
