Description

Apricot is a juicy, soft fruit. The colour of apricot ranges from pale yellow to orange. It is closely related to the peach, although it is smaller and paler. The pulp of the apricot fruit is extracted from completely matured apricot. The pulp of apricot is not very juicy, it has fibre texture and starchy consistency when the apricot is fully grown up.
