Description

Artificially Added Color refers to a dye or pigment added to a food product in order to change or enhance its color. They may be added to foods, drinks, as well as medicines.They mainly serve to make foods look more appealing to the consumer.

Note

Artificially Added Color may cause allergic reactions and food hypersensitivity. It may worsen asthmatic symptoms and also cause abdominal pain, diarrhoea and vomiting.(1)
