Description

Bamboo rice is short-grain Asian rice that has been infused with bamboo juice. It is a seed of dying bamboo shoot that is produced at the end of its life span. When the bamboo shoot breathes its last, it produces a rare variety of rice seeds(bamboo rice). They are pale green color and similar in size and are the shape of paddy rice.
