Barn Egg Yolk is the egg yolk(yellow part at the center of an egg) obtained from an egg laid by a chicken that is allowed to move freely within a barn(an agricultural building on farms). These are from hens that live in large, open barns and are not raised in cages. The hens have access to nest boxes and perches to lay their eggs.
