Description

Bhagar / Samak / Morrayo flour is obtained from the seeds of Barnyard Millet. This is millet is grown mostly in Asian countries and also in the United States. When the seeds ripen they turn hard and red in colour, then they are harvested. After this, the seeds are dried and then ground into flour which may be coarse or fine-textured depending on the requirement. It is a white coloured flour and has a good storage capacity.
