Description

Black salt is a type of rock salt, which is a salty and pungent-smelling condiment. It has been used in Ayurvedic medicines and therapies. It is added to chaat, chutneys, and even sprinkled on fruits and other Indian snacks before eating. It is dark reddish black in color and when powdered has pinkish gray color.
