Description

Blueberries are perennial flowering plants classified in the section Cyanococcus within the genus Vaccinium. The berries are round, 5-16mm in diameter and blue or purple in color. Blueberry Juice Concentrate is a flavouring substance prepared from blueberries where water content is removed and blueberry remnants are discarded, leaving behind thick, dark blue concentrate. It is used as a blueberry flavouring and coloring agent in desserts and beverages.
