  1. Boneless fish can be cut into strips and coated with a batter(flour, egg, salt, and pepper) and fried, to be served as a snack called fish fingers.
  2. It can be used to prepare fish kebab and fish biryani.

Description

Boneless fish is a fish that has been scaled, gutted and deboned. Its fillets do not contain large bones running along the vertebrae, thus said to be "boneless".
