Description

Bottle gourd is a green-skinned fruit of gourd family, Cucurbitaceae and is harvested young to be consumed as a vegetable. Bottle gourd paste is a pale-green paste prepared with diced and boiled bottle gourd pureed in a blender to make a smooth paste.
