Description

Caramel Color E150d is basically a water soluble food coloring that is made by heat treatment in a process called caramelization. Caramel Color E150d is pale yellow or amber to dark brown in color. It is utilised in acidic applications such as soft drinks.

Note

Intestinal problems may occur after consumption of Caramel color E150d in large amounts.(1)
