  1. Carrot chips can be served as an evening snack, with tea or coffee or with a dip as well. They can be used as a garnish on salads as well.

Description

Carrot chips are thinly sliced carrots, drizzled with olive oil and seasoned with salt, cinnamon and cumin. They are then fried in oil or baked in oven until the edges start to curl up and turn crisp(for about 6 minutes). These paper-thin crisps are considered as a healthy alternative to potato chips, as they are gluten-free and low in fat.
