Description

Catfish derives its name from the feelers it has on its snout, which resemble the whiskers of a cat. It is a popular fish widely enjoyed by Nigerians due to the fact that it is easily available and affordable there. It can be enjoyed in either grilled or fried form or as pepper soup popularly known as 'point and kill'.
