Description

Cheddar Cheese is a firm cheese obtained from cow's milk. Its colour ranges from white to pumpkin yellow. When too fresh, it has a smoother texture. It gets crumbly as it is processed. Generally Cheddar Cheese is  white to pale-yellow in colour, incase it is of a different colour, artificial dye are added.
