Chocolate sprinkle is chocolate extruded out of small dies to make vermicelli like strands. They are about 5mm to 12mm long and can be made of white chocolate or dark chocolate. Look for free flowing chocolate sprinkles in a well sealed packaging. Avoid if they look melted or have whitish foam on them as they might be spoiled.
