Usage Tips

  1. Clarified butter residue is used in prepsration of sweet dishes like barfi.
  2. It is even used in preparation of delicious and crispy parantha.


Clarified butter residue is the solids not fat (SNF) present in cream or butter appears in the form of small particles, during the manufacture of ghee. It is obtained when the molten ghee( clear yellow liquid) is strained out or separated from the milk solids(residue). It looks like moist brownish sediment.
