Description
Cocktail sauce is a type of cold or room temperature sauce. The standard ingredients used in a cocktail sauce are ketchup, horseradish, hot sauce (e.g., Tabasco, Louisiana, or Crystal), Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. To make cocktail sauce at home, just stir all the ingredients together in a bowl. Taste and adjust flavors accordingly. Cover and store in the fridge until ready to serve.
