Description
Concentrated Red Grape Juice is made by concentrating fruit juice. The water is removed through a process of heating the juice and letting the water evaporate. It can either be used to sweeten, for coloring or as a substrate for the fermentation process in wines and other alcoholic beverages. Filtered and concentrated, they are microbiologically very stable and retain all their organoleptic, aromatic and colouring characteristics.
