Description

Dalia or broken wheat is made by milling the whole raw wheat grains coarsely. Wheat is cleaned and husked and then processed to the required size. Dalia is highly nutritious as it does not undergo any refining. Dalia may be present in the form of kernels that may be grounded into coarse, medium or fine sized particles.
