  1. Defatted Soy Flour can be used for making bakery goods, cakes, doughnuts, pasta, soups, sauces and gravies. It can also be used for fortification of cereals.

Description

Defatted Soy Flour is a flour prepared from fat-free soyabeans that have undergone a treatment to remove oils from them. It is light cream in color, highly dispersible in water. It provides a slightly higher percentage of protein and calcium than regular soy flour. It can be combined with semolina, white flour to wheat flour to make protein enriched chapati, poori and dosas.

Selection Guide

Look for 100% natural defatted soy flour with no artificial additives.
