Usage Tips

  1. Dehydrated Corn can be added to salads, casseroles, side dishes, soups, rice pilafs and stews.
  2. They must be rehydrated in boiling water before use.
  3. Dehydrated corn can also be fine or coarse ground to add to hot cereals, cornbread, granolas, and to add it in pancake and muffin batters.
  4. They can be stored in an airtight jar in a cool, dry place.

Description

Dehydrated Corn is the dried corn kernels that are dehydrated at 125°F or 52°C, in the microwave or food dehydrator. The dried corn kernels are hard and dry in texture. They can be rehydrated when required to use, by soaking them in boiling water for 5-10 minutes.
