Description
Dehydrated kale is kale leaves that are sun dried or dried in a food dehydrator for 8-10 hours. The leaves can be torn into chip sized pieces and seasoned with oil and herbs, and put in the dehydrator to make kale chips. Dried kale has a light and crispy texture. The leaves can be used whole or crumbled to add to soups, salads and side dishes.
