Description

Dehydrated strawberries are sliced strawberries put in a food dehydrator at 135 F for 8 to 10 hours. It takes 10 to 14 hours to dry if crisp strawberries are required rather than pliable.It can grounded to form a strawberry powder.

Selection Guide

Go for completely dried strawberries with no moisture content in them. Make sure they are well sealed and also check for their "use-by" date on the packaging.
