  1. Dehydrated unripe mango can be used to prepare mango pickle. It can also be ground into powder, called amchoor powder used as a condiment to flavour soups, marinades, curries and chutneys.

Description

Dehydrated Unripe Mango is the sun-dried form of raw mangoes that have not yet reached their maturity. It is green in color with white flesh and cut into stripes or pieces to sun-dry. The pieces can be turned into pickle and the thin strips can be turned into amchoor powder.
