Description

Deionized Apple Concentrate is essentially the pure and natural sugar of the apple fruit extracted through the physical extraction method. It is a liquid in the form of a concentrated syrup that contains a dry matter of 65-70% with a high viscosity. The juice extracted from the fruit is filtered, decolored, deionized and subsequently concentrated, leaving behind a transparent, colorless concentrate constituted fundamentally by sugars derived from the fruit. During this process, all its characteristics such as acidity, flavor, and color are eliminated. It is used as a natural sweetener or an alternative to table sugar and corn syrup in making desserts and beverages.
