Description
Dried Cane Syrup is a less processed variety of the white, crystalline sucrose(derived mostly from sugarcane and sugar beets through heat extraction) that appears as khaki-colored, large grain sugar. It offers a coarser texture and subtle presence of molasses. It can be used as an additive to foods as a sweetener, in place of white sugar.
