Description

Dried Coriander Leaves are the dried, stemless coriander leaves that are dehydrated either under the sun, in the oven or in a food dehydrator. Dried coriander leaves turn crispy and a little brownish on drying with no moisture content in them. They are crumbled to use in culinary preparations.

Look for completely dried coriander leaves in well-sealed packaging. Lose dehydrated coriander leaves may lose their aroma and flavour. Also, look for the expiration date on their packaging.
