Description

Dried Glucose Syrup is composed of complex glucose polymers, extracted from maize. It is a white, odorless, slightly hygroscopic powder, obtained by enzymatic conversion of corn starch. It is not as sweet as table sugar and considered a nutritive sweetener that quickly dissolves in an aqueous solution. It is a carbohydrate powder, used as sweetener, nutritive component or texturizing agent.
