Description

Rosemary is a perennial herb which contain woody stems and fragrant evergreen needle-like leaves. It is well-suited to drying and it retains much of its flavor and color when it is dried. Dried rosemary is an aromatic herb which is used in variety of dishes. Dried rosemary is used in French, Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.
