Description

Dried Shrimp are basically the shrimp that have been sun-dried and shrunk to the size of a thumbnail. They are orange-pink in color and have chewy texture. They are widely used in Asian and Latin American cuisine for flavouring purpose.

Go for dried shrimp with orange or pink hue. Dried shrimp should have strong fishy smell.
