Description

Mackerel is a different species of pelagic fish, mostly from the family Scombridae. Dry Mackerel Fish is salt-cured and dried mackerel fish. It is either sun-dried or dried in a food dehydrator until it is completely dry. It can be soaked in warm water to rehydrate and added to salads and can also be pickled.
