Description

Fresh green chickpeas/Hara chana are young and tender garbanzo beans harvested at their peak of freshness. They are tiny, dark green green, consumed as a nutritious and delicious winter vegetables in stir-fries or salads. They are often sold along with the branches that they grow on. they are plucked from the branches, removing their soft and fuzzy outer covering to reveal young green chickpeas.
